After‑Sales Services

We want you to feel confident wearing your Pearls. Each piece is carefully crafted, and we offer a after‑sales repair service for peace of mind.

Repair period

We provide a 12‑month after‑sales repair service from the date of delivery for pearl jewellery purchased directly from us. This service applies to manufacturing faults and craftsmanship issues only.

What we can help with

Within 12 months, we may repair your piece (at our discretion) if we confirm a manufacturing issue, such as:

  • Clasps or findings that fail under normal wear.
  • Solder points or joints that open without signs of impact or misuse.
  • A pearl becoming detached from its setting under normal wear, where the metal setting shows no external damage.

If the original pearl is still available and undamaged, we offer one complimentary re‑setting / re‑attachment within the 6‑month period. Additional work or missing components may incur a repair fee.

What is not included

This after‑sales service does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (including light scratches, minor dents, changes in shine or finish).
  • Natural changes to plating, oxidation or tarnishing of metal over time.
  • Damage caused by impact, dropping, bending, snagging on clothing or improper use.
  • Pearls that have fallen off where there are visible signs of impact, bending or damage to the setting.
  • Damage from exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, cleaning agents, swimming pools, hot tubs or prolonged contact with water.
  • Broken, cracked, lost or missing pearls, or lost single earrings.
  • Any modifications or repairs carried out by third parties.

How to request a repair review

If you notice an issue within 12 months of delivery, please contact us with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the item and the issue.
  • A brief description of how and when the issue appeared.

We will assess your piece and let you know the available options, which may include complimentary repair, re‑setting with the original pearl, a paid repair, or other solutions depending on the condition of the jewellery.
