Jewellery Care

Delicate pieces for everyday — with a little care, your jewellery can stay beautiful by your side for a long time.
Daily wear
- Put your jewellery on last, after skincare, makeup, perfume and hair products.
- Remove your pieces before washing hands, showering, swimming, exercising, hot springs and housework.
- Take jewellery off before sleep to avoid bending, pulling or accidental damage.
925 Sterling Silver
- It is natural for silver to tarnish over time when exposed to air and humidity.
- Gently wipe your pieces with a soft cloth or silver polishing cloth to remove fingerprints and light tarnish.
- For deeper cleaning, you may use a mild silver cleaner for a short time, then rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.
- Avoid harsh rubbing or abrasive cloths that may scratch the surface.
18K Gold Vermeil / Gold Plated
- The gold layer is delicate, so please clean gently with a soft, dry cloth to maintain the shine.
- If needed, use a little mild soapy water to quickly clean, then dry completely with a soft cloth.
- Avoid silver dips, strong jewellery cleaners or abrasive products, as they can wear down the plating.
- Try to minimise long contact with perfume, alcohol-based products and cosmetics to slow down fading.
Solid 18K Gold
- 18K gold does not tarnish easily and is suitable for gentle everyday wear, but should still be kept away from strong chemicals and cleaning agents.
- Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to keep its natural shine; fine hairline scratches are normal signs of wear.
- For pieces that feel dull after long-term wear, professional cleaning and polishing can help restore their glow.
Pearls
Pearls are sensitive and need a little extra care.
- Keep pearls away from perfume, alcohol, hair spray, lotion and household cleaners.
- Follow the rule: “last on, first off” — put pearls on after getting ready, and take them off first when you return home.
- After wearing, gently wipe the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove sweat and oils, then let them air dry before storing.
- Do not use ultrasonic cleaners or soak pearls in cleaning solutions.
Storage
- Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or jewellery box compartment to avoid scratching.
- Fasten clasps on chains and lay them flat or loosely coiled to prevent tangling.
- Keep jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
- For silver pieces you don’t wear often, storing them in small zip bags can help slow down tarnishing.
When to seek help
- If you notice loose clasps, bent chains, moving stones or pearls, please stop wearing the piece.
- We recommend contacting us or a professional jewellery to assess whether cleaning, repair or re-setting is needed.
