Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your jewellery. However, if something isn’t quite right, we offer returns under the conditions below.

Return eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be:

    • unworn, in original condition and free from signs of wear, damage or alteration

    • returned with all original packaging, boxes and tags

    • accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

All returned items will be inspected before a refund is approved. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Earrings and pierced jewelry

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept change‑of‑mind returns or exchanges on earrings or other pierced jewelry that have been worn, tried on, or had their hygiene seals or packaging opened, unless the item is faulty.

Unopened earrings in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for return within the standard 14‑day period.

Custom and made‑to‑order pieces

Custom, made‑to‑order and personalised pieces (including special sizes or bespoke designs) are non‑returnable, unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at [chantaliejewellery@gmail.com] within 5 days of receiving your order, including:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item and the issue

If we confirm a fault or error, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund, and we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. In this case, we will also refund the original standard shipping charge.

Return process

  1. Email us at [chantaliejewellery@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address.

  3. Please ensure items are securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked service, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Unless the item is faulty or sent in error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days.

  • For change‑of‑mind returns:

    • original shipping costs are non‑refundable

    • only the item price will be refunded

  • If an item is faulty or sent in error, we will refund the item and the original standard shipping charge.
